Matt Jordan has crafted a style previously unknown to the world by studying and drawing inspiration from his heroes. He looks to painters such as Rubens, Caravaggio, and Géricault; sculptors like Michelangelo, Donatello, and Bernini; and renowned tattoo artists including Carlos Torres, Freddy Negrete, Jose Lopez, and many more. He acknowledges, “We stand on the shoulders of giants.”

In a world obsessed with convenience and shortcuts, Matt chooses to swim against the current. He goes to extraordinary lengths to create complex, narrative-driven compositions from scratch. If a design requires someone falling, he creates the scenario, perhaps with a trampoline. If combat is needed, he arranges staged fights with larping armour. If a wolf attack is called for, he may organise an protection dog training exercise. For Matt, anything is possible when one is willing to invest the necessary time and effort.

Sometimes he spends weeks just designing these intricate pieces, followed by tattoo sessions lasting 20 to 60 days, depending on the project’s size. His work is truly a labour of love. A testament to his incredible clients and their trust.

Matt Jordan - “I would just like to say a massive thank you to all of our amazing clients, sponsors, friends and family who have helped to make this a reality. This would not have been possible without your help. I am truly grateful"
